Delivery of final products

 

For orders paid in full, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for the order to be completed. Some products are sourced internationally. 
Occasionally we may experience a delay which can be due to the wholesaler, postage, product availability. 
Orders must be paid in full before being delivered. There are no exceptions.

 

Posting 

We post orders out standard Australia post with tracking and signature on delivery. 

All clients will receive a photo image of the final parcel showing (1) the address and (2) the tracking number prior to posting. 
Please allow 3-7 business days to receive the order. 

It is the clients responsibility to track the order once posted. 
If the recipient is not home, the order will be taken to the nearest post office for collection with a card and ID. 

 

Revisions 

As per all order contracts state, (Point 5) We digitally enhance images to studio standards, no further re-prints can be done once album is printed.*

Studio standards includes a pre-set editing technique that covers body sculpting, skin smoothing, colour and light alterations. Each image is individually edited by one of our skilled digital artists. 

In the rare occasion that a client requests further revisions to digital images, (example: additional body sculpting or breast enlargement that is above and beyond our studio standards) any additional revision is charged at $45 per digital image.

We do not offer reprints on products or albums. 

 

Revisions are done at the artists discretion as image editing is subjective, payment must be received in full before we will commence work. Revisions must be placed on one single order, with image numbers clearly written via email.

Confirmation

We assume all packages arrive at the destination once posted. It is the clients responsibility to track the order.
